This isnt a bad sig, better than your recent, but i must be honest with you and say that your text kills it, pick a default or plain font like arial or times new roman.

And remove that outerglow on the text doesnt do any good

Nice outcome yes the text isnt all that good but you will get it sooner or later.

by last layer does he mean backround or the last copy of the render?
