yeah, it's cool, at least recognizable. I wouldn't use soft brushes though, use 100% hardness and a lower opacity to get that painted look. and varying brushes is good, but I haven't gotten around to that myself so.

Soft brushes should only be used to a blurry/mist effect or for glows. Nothing else.
What about flow should that be on 100% or what?
The screen looks real good man :) And the highlights / shadows around it.
I would probably say... neaten it up..alot..
And probs start with a line drawing next time :) If you could get it looking neater then it'd be wicked :)
Ref used for line drawing
I fucked this one up bigtime XD hahahah.. i might have another go at it.

I really like both of them Ark and Chiv. Would love to see some more detail Chiv. Good to see you around Ark!
Can i ask what brushes/settings people use. such as flow??
Chivalry... you used soft brushes. :( You need to keep working into it until you get rid of the lines, but gdgdgdgd :)
And the hand one is nice :D but if your light source is blue then than will reflect on the skin (Y)
Good lighting though.
Erm as far as brush settings go i use opacity to build up colour not flow. YOu could use both but idk.
i normally use about 30% opacity... and then switch it around depending...
always start with pretty big brushes, and use them where you can, and then yeah i've said it before, work down.
You shouldn't be on brushes below say.. 20px for a longggg time. xD
