It's kinda weird cause the bg doesn't match the render. The background is kinda bright fireworks like. and the render is a wrestler? dunno but i dont think it matches well. The background is nice I'll give you that, but try a different render with it.

thats a great stock to work with. i really like what you have done with the edges, but its just not blended into the background. the text is good too. some suggestion i have tho are moving the stock off to the right now, and retooling the background (the boxes stick out, maybe try abstract or grunge). great color scheme tho ;) its my personal fav (see my sigs :))

Looks alright, one thing people seem to not get is their sig needs a border.

Your brushings good and your render can do well, but you didn't blend them together. It seems that your render is just on top of your bg.

For future artwork's try to keep the render with at least some of it's original color. Most of the time making the color of your render just one color doesn't turn out well, you need multiple colors normally for a good effect.

Most font should be something that sticks to basic font, unless it goes with the theme. While this font seems like you were trying to go for a military style it doesn't match the rest of your sig. Also it just doesn't go that well by iteslf to me.

Your bg has a lot of empty space in comparison to how detailed you render is or maybe just to ligh. I would suggest either making it smaller and the bg a bit darker or more detail in the bg behind the gun.

As I said looks alright, but a couple of things that are easy to do need to be fixed.

atm I don't think I should make a tut, many others have made tutorials on the smudge style and I wouldn't want mine to be close to any other and be considered a ripper.

Now with your sig!!! :P I like the creativity. While this can't be judged upon normal signature standards since it's more of a logo or objec, since it doesn't have a bg or text :P.

So as it is I think it turned out great, wouldn't consider it a sig though :)

its great that you are straying from your norm. i love how this sig really only contains 2 colors, but isnt "monochromatic". contrast is a tan but high, and the text is hard to read. also i like how the sig is "in action" but its not busy.

i like the added part to it looks good about the only thing i don't like is how dark it is and that the text is hard to read other then that its great 9/10

ya i gotta fix that it happend when i saved to a gif in the psd the colors are the same as super mario bros 1

1st:
The monitone doesn't work that well, I know the original render isn't that colorfull but the bg just dulls it. The good thing about that effect is it comes out with a stand still frame. So looks like action was paused.

The fad doesn't look that good, it seems like it has a bevel on it. Also the bg to the right is contrasted way to much compared to the left.

The font used is alright, not the best but it can be worked into the sig, the outer glow is what kills it for me in this sig. I would try a different color of text than the outer glow.

2nd:
Vary creative, though as actual work it doesn't seem likemuch. The bg seems like it was saved in .gif format with less then 256 coloring. Like the idea though

3rd:
I remember seeing this before :P. This can't really be judged as a normal artistic piece, just credit for animation. It's creative and down well for animations but has a few scenes where it isn't so smooth in animation. Great idea though.

top: iono i don't like this one that much 7/10
bottom one: i LOVE it 9.6/10 (the text could be adjusted)

I like the way you cut the render and blended it with a diff shade of orange dimming and dimming until black. I assume you took A LOT of time into this sig. I like the border, it gives it a kind of movie effect. Nice overall job tho 9/10

when i realized what your sig was doing, i really enjoyed it. what i dont like is the background (its what threw me off), and the text. you can probably download the spiderman font (from the movie), and use that, scrap the glow. but i still really like this sig, maybe add one more "frame" to the right.

It's nice but is the whole thing a pic or is he cut out? If so nice cut. Very nice on the text to appear as carved in. Text in bottom left is plain but it is ok because I feel it pulls more attention torward the pic and not the text.

Top: Pretty good, but it isn't much at all, just two pics combined. Think it'd be much better if you made your own bg or at least put your own spin on the current one. And, what looks like a drop shadow on him doesn't work out too well, makes it obvious that they were combined, probably better without. Text is a bit weak as well. 7.81/11

Bottom: I don't even consider this a sig, just an animation that happens to be sig size, so I can't rate it.

9/10 - I think the pink color of the heart doesnt fit in... in my opinion

1.) Carmen Electra: Great outcome, it has a nice balance of colors, and blending is done nicely in consideration to this style.

The brushing is done well, not sure if you made them or not but how you used them is vary effective.

The text is a bit to close to the top border but the font goes pretty good. I would actually say there should be a bit more of the pattern in the the sig, just on a lower opacity.

The flowers and hearts really add to this sig, the right side though seems a bit empty since teh flowers are entense while the hearts seem just a few.

Your render fits nicely except for one thing. Your face is a bit blended into the bg. From how you've set this sig up so far the front of her face actually shouldn't be blended at all. Kind of makes it look liked your render wasn't cut out so well.

Overall, looks great still the blue has a nice touch and most of everything flows vary nicely.

the top sig, i really dig the fire. the stock could use a light source tho (the fire) to really make the sig stand out. text is very well tho (its a text effect, but it works). um, maybe some blending too on the stock. but still, i like it.

left - its too obvious that you brushed black for the text, which isnt big enough to fill the space. overcontrasted. a simple abstract sig. 5.5/10
right - for this one i think the text is actually too big and too bright for the bg, but the bg is ok. i like the coloring more on this one 6/10

both are too small to give a great rating to but i know they arent meant to be normal sigs
