I like the effect added to the image, and I like the text, although I don't like stock images much.

I like the plusing effect, but it seems to constant.
Personally, i'd like it better if it was slower; outside of that, nice sig.

The sig is really nice but I don't like the part to the right of the hand where it's blended in. I love the coloring though, and I especially like the bottom right hand corner.

7/10. Would be higher if the scanlines werent so prevalent. Maybe lower the opacity, and possibly erase some of em off. It looks to be a sweet sig underneath em.

Both of them are good, how about we see something new? :D
First one is very traditional and the dissolving (that's what it looks like to me) effect is good.
Second one the lighting and the effect on his hand are both cool. But, I don't think the blurred text looks as good on this one.
