alright, heres how it goes, i need someones help with this stuid comp, i have tried every trick i know of to remove, or at least f*** these things up, and none of it works, its starting to really piss me off. so here is what i need.

ideas as to how to hack an MS-DOS program file that will not open, or how to disable something, how to delete a file that says it is bring used by another program when you have all programs shut down even, and why the crap that my stinkin spy sweeper will not get rid of it, it is impossible, they keep coming back after they have been deleted, i have like 20 freaking things on my computer, most of it adware stuff.

i really need some help with this one, ALL inpus it GREATLY appreciated. thanks to all&#33;

Hey man...Spy Sweeper aint really...the best...i use norton that gets rid of like...anythin....but i heard Ad-aware is an O-kay scan...gets rid of most ;)

adware is hard to get rid of. I know a few tricks, most of em involve using the registry editor.

There are two common anti adware software out there, but even then its never 100%. One is Adaware, can&#39;t remember the name of the other, when I&#39;m home i&#39;ll post it.

Bottom line is, you need service pack 2 for XP at the least, need some form of firewall and best to use firefox till microsoft sort out some issues.

I use adaware it seems to get rid of mine...

Ad-aware got rid of all my spy/adware problems :D

Use adaware se personal...a great program no one should be without.

Also use Cwshredder...a great program too.

Also DON"T INSTALL WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; It is a piece of junk that microsoft try making....it does not even work.

You have to be crazy not to install WinXP Service Pack 2. The security improvements are very important, specficialy the firewall.

If you dont think Service Pack 2 should be installed then please give some logical technical reasons as to why, not emotive non-qualative reasons.

Damn i hate peoples attitudes to MS, its worse than talking about religion.
