This was a recreation of a tutorial i saw somewhere once..
note i didn't use the tutorial at all.. i just remember i liked the outcome and this is my attempt at making it my own from memory ^^

EDIT* looking at them next to each other now the sharpening had the opposite effect to what i thought which is a good thing : D

I'm liking how it looks like spiderman is bursting through a wall of flames.

But, I think they are TOO blurred.

I'd say 6.5/10 due to the fact I like the concept of him bursting through the flames.

If you hadn't of blurred all of the flames it may had looked much better imo.

keep up the work though mate; you are improving. ;)

The third one is much better;

you added darkness which makes it have a better light source imo.

Since The light source is behind spiderman and VERY bright and hes surrounded by fire, the blurred effect is quite realistic IMO ^^
and if you didn't notice it was spiderman straight away, well your just being over critical....
TBH i think spiderman is spot on in this one still not happy with the rest of it however... :/
