Only photoshop can produce depth that not even real life could, good job buddy. Only thing I can complain about would be that the render looks lq but that might be because I'm viewing it with my phone. The color gives a nice depressive effect which I like because I'm depressive and I cry every night. My complaint would be about the text because it could have been thought of more and it doesn't fit in well

Brr... I really hate doing text. I'm thinking of trying that rule of thirds thing, it might help.

that text is good actually, rule of thirds should be applied most of the time

Just a little idea being thrown out there. If the rain are on seperate layers blur the ones to the back and sharpen the rain to the front. it would really help with depth imo,.

Edit-A bit of grain around the effects would make it seem as if rain drops were bouncing off them but nothing to much because it would mess up the overall quality. I also feel that the render should be better blended into the background(but this is just me).
