I like it for the most part, except for the blotch of blue in her hair. I think I have to go with the B&W version because the colors don't mash well for me.

i think the text is a little weird but i like the effect you went for and also would like to see the color one brightened more to see what it would look like

The text for katy is weird though. First glance I thought it was random lines till I realised it was actually text.

and the undercotn look doesnt look to bad on the B&W imo

at this one, i like the black and white one better :S
just in colour one, i dont like the left side,next the focal, the colour stands out too much , and it distract me just a little. The text is nice, but i think its bit too big, and maybe make the katy, be normal text aswell just change it to some curvy font ;)

I'm sorry to say this, but I don't like this at all.

The text stands out more than your focal.
The effects are nice but they're way too messy and colors are hectic.
Your background is always the same, smudging. I've gotten quite sick of it, plus it isn't very appealing to look at.

Have another shot at it, mate.

dude really ? u not taking any of our criticism to help u fix u tags u do whatever so why do we bother trying to help u when u don't try them out all u stuff i seen from u are dull light source i don't like that foggy look on your tag it ruins your effects ,
if u got rid that layer u would have better tags , imo bring out u colors and depth more please im not trying to be mean to u im trying to help u .

yep it' annoying and uggly it's ruining his tags and effects he puts in them ;
