This is an improvement. Light could be better though. I think I'd rather see this in color. I enjoy the effects, depth could use some tweaking. Other than that it's pretty solid. Good job bud.

right on will post in color, i didn't like it in color tho:P

Color is 100x better. But I would almost throw in a blue and black gradien set on screen set to like 30% opacity and then maybe a black and white gradient map set on screen at like 20% opacity. Or play around with other gradients. Also I would add a 1.0 Gaussian blur and erase the focal parts thus to create better depth and blending. And you can try a high pass layer set on overlay at a lower opacity.

I like the colour version better too, not a b&w tag fan to be honest.
I think this would look better textless...it's cool that you tried to blend the text in, but it's taking away from the tag for me.

MUCH better. Maybe the render could use a tiny bit of sharpening but that's not important you should be proud bud, this is by far your best sig you've made. You're improving.
