I see what it is, but they are right she is a bit hard to spot.

Looks like you overdid the highpass. And the angle of light could be a little more correct. Nice text though. And for sure finding the focal is a little hard at the first look.

You guys have to be shitting me, you're telling me you can't see the woman standing in the center of the signature ?

I can see her, but no. I can't tell that shes standing in the center. For all I know, she could be leaning, sitting or even laying down.
