You've got a nice compo and flow
but it looks LQ to me and is quite monotonous

Anyways, the black on the outside needs soemthing more imo, even just lightly some kinda thing, and the lq is due to the render, get in there with a soft round small brush and use blur on very low op to give it a smoother look and get rid of the jped look.

I honestly think it's really bad...

it's too saturated.. everything seems off

The render looks like it was copied from a newspaper with silly puddy O.o Which if you did, that's pretty fancy.

It can still point out flaws but don't go around saying every sig looks bad T.T
