Ok you can only use the default brushes, shapes, fonts that come with photoshop. No imported brushes, photos , renders...no imported anything is permitted.

If you were to do a piece of tribal art using only the pen tool would that be ok to enter.

everyone has different default fonts, so that's kind of a pointless rule.

it'd be better if you just said web standard fonts, which everyone has.

They are as follows:

Arial, Times New Roman, Georgia, Tahoma, and Courier ( i believe that's it )

well, i can see some overlayed white grunge brushes and pixel fonts so no sorry.

and if everyone uses windows then they all have the same default fonts.
