Do it without the animation. Then save it as a png. I hate GIF with a passion. unless its used for web design.

The text is a bit blan... try spicing it up. The render is also poorly blended. Good work on the border and bg.

Well, I like it. I wish I could make backgrounds and renders like that. Maybe anime renders are easier...
I agree, though, it does need blended.
I like it but I'd slow down the animation.
Another suggestion is to increase the wait time before the animation loops. Otherwise, I like the text, background, and border, but the render doesn't really fit.

Nice sig, I personally like that it's not blended just very well cut out. I don't think every sig has to have it's render blended, anime is one that actually to me half the time looks better not blended. Unless you do all the shadowing to make it look 3d otherwise most the time I like it the way you have it.
