ive been wearing contacts for 2 years now, and i love them. the problem is ive become so lazy with them that i just dont bother to take them out any more, which is just killer on my eyes and my vision. Everytime i take them out now i get massive headaches, its horrible. Well anyway, about a month after you get them you master putting them in and taking them out, so it'll only be like a minute each eye... on a slow morning.
Oh yea, i stopped wearing glasses because they make me look way to nerdy, and with my long hair is just look retarted.
Argh 1 month? Well these contacts I got I can wear for 2 weeks straight, even sleep with them. I rarely get headaches, but it took me around 2 hours to get my contacts on.. my eyelashes and hands were too slick ^^; Also I blinked alot.
Glasses are smashing :)

i dont wear either but i think i should cause my left eye is slightly blury a lot of the time but hey its all good =D

I wear glasses, will probably get contacts soon.
Only got glasses recently, and only use em for reading. Seems 17 years in front of the computer has started to affect my right eye, so better to start wearing em now for reading than requiring to use em all the time.

i get headaches alot too, but its because of all the weather changes in toronto. go to your optomatrist if you think you need glasses, because it'll just get worse if you dont.
I wear nothing, well, a pair of pants and a shirt. But no glasses or contacts. :D and I'm kinda glad I'm not too. I so clumsy, so I would just brake my glasses the first day, and aren't they kinda expensive ? If I would start wearing contacts I would just poke my eyes out, (not on purpose.), that's just me though :D
hmmm i don't see where this "glasses look nerdy" come into anything if you got bullied at school and shit i still don't think that's an excuse they must just suck to really go on about that.... :huh: <_<
Also i wear glasses and i'd never get contacts the idea of putting something in my eye like that freaks me out it makes me feel like if i was to swallow one of those contacts and choke on it's plastic-ness.... sometimes i don't wear my glasses but that's because they're for reading, computer work and watching tv .... :o
Most of my time i'm reading forums on the computer whilst watching tv :lol: so i have to wear them but i don't detest wearing them ... mine also don't look like those they're thick-ish framed but they're rectangular and comfy :D :P
I occasionally wear sun glasses, but only if they're cool ones. I like wearing the trucker glasses sometimes (cool color hues haha).

And always when i go to sleep im way too tired to take off any shit from my eye.
Lol there are certain contacts that you can wear for 2 weeks straight, just take them off to sleep each saturday and put them back on for another week. I got one but my mom makes me take off my contacts at night anyways..

Dude, I'm doing that too. I really only take them out when one gets knocked out (due to swimming, being punched into the face, riding shopping carts into bushes, etc). I bought a year's supply when I first got contacts a few years ago, and I've gone through maybe a quarter of it.Quote:

none of those, if had to use them i should better bet something to knot it to my neck, casue ill lose those, like i keep losing cell phones, that why i better just use the crappy ones tat have no features and look like a brick, there are the only one people say "hey you forgot your trash, kinda looks like a cell phone thou"
