yeah i use imageshack they are pretty good just sometimes for no reason at all some images dont work... :blink:

dotn no how to do boarders

just make a new layer
press ctrl+A
add a stroke(black 3px)
then another stroke(wite 2px)
then another stroke(black 1px) ~~~make sure a the strokes on one layer!~~

set the blend mode to overlayer :P

Don't resize your pics with the transform tool. It seriously fucks up images to the extreme. Good for a start. Keep em comin.
