Hum. I cant tell what it is. To mant colors, to much contrast, and the top and bottom portions dont match the sig.
So tone down the colors cna contrast. And get rid of the text borders.

i got to admit it does look a bit complicated with all the colours. They need some work some parts are a bit bright. altogether though its not a bad job.
i have to admit i do like the text border tbh. ;)
I don't see any glass, maybe I'm blind. Maybe try using fewer colors and less contrast.
gah! i think its fine as it is! if he took the colours out then it would look shit and flat.
the contrasting colours make the sig look sharp. Although some people say they cant see the glass... i dont think it really matters because it looks sharp and broken.... i'd say it meets the criteria and looks good.
i think he needs to take some of the color out so we can see exactly what it is
i think that the black bars need to be gone, and the text should be put into the bg and blended, keep em the same spots, just put them a couple pixels into the bg. very nice background :)
