All the camera effects are digital, I hear. The song in the video is by Aphex Twin, but it's not a music video. Just a short film. If you do a google search for "Rubber Johnny" you'll find lots of stuff.

It's not. it's a short film. Originalyl it was an idea for an Aphex video, but they decided not to go with it.
