I have to say.

The render is creepy.

The rest of the sig bores me.

I wanted the render to be kinda creepy and eary, if u ever seen slipknot. All of them are creepy looking, so i figured id pick one of the most talented of the group (IMO one of the best drummers alive, and not bad at guitar)

Ehh. I still think it could use more work. It still bores me.

honestly, you did not capture the eeriness of joey, its exactly like ur current, but a diff render, text is good, but u should go for a gothic text, gothic as in church, sort of old english, the sig is way too bright to be slipknot, when thei music is all dark, also, pixel stretching is bad in here, i would desaturate joey if your not going to add more color, and make it all dark and stuff

I think the render needs to be on top of the background for one. Two, Make the bg have some red in it. That will help capture the eeriness. Three, you need more things. This is not a sig that works with having empty space in it.

Maybe you should get rid of the white brushes.

The sig has improved alot since the beginning, even if at least I would say it's not as good as it could be. What kind of sign is that, the one of the star? Doesn't look like any usual pentagram, and I've never seen it assosciated with Slipknot.

Elleray does a make a really good point about the dark mentionings. A signature of a band should reflect what style they want/style they represent. As for Slip, I'd say a completely white background with black text and such would look perfect. Another great result would be very dark renderings and all, and just white text.

Kind of hard to explain, and I'm really not the greatest fan of Slipknot. The only gothic music I listen to is Nightwish... Well well... I'd suggest you take a peak at some of Rabieshunds and Jerners gothic sections. Jerners sigs can be really creepy when he wants them to be... And Rabieshund is creepy himself all the time ^^.

As a suggestion to the current one, I'd say you make it even darker. Don't make the face stand out so much from the bg - (but DO make it stand out) :D. The font could be improved alot aswell.

Keep trying, I have a feeling your experiments will result in something nice! ;)

Well the pentagram, its a 9 point pentagram. Standing for the 9 members of slipknot, and yes it is associated with slipknot, and slipknot isnt gothic. They are just weird on stage, they play heavey metal.

No dont lose it. ITs good. I likew the font and you drasticly made it better with the pentgram. Thing. Joey is teh 1337 at drumming, i used to be a big slipknot fan, but im not really anymore :)
