Well, I do 100 pussh-ups a day..ill say that's sometimes..
no, not much need to, only the occasional run, im gona be goin in our schools gym as soon as i can tho, gives me sumthing to do in lunch break
I lift weights on occasion... I've been meaning to do it more often though.

At my friends house we workout, the ol' fasion bar is nice. Ive benched 95...Not so great but im only 14 and i dont do any team sports. I sometimes do pushups if i feel like it.
I try to work out every day, I really want my muscle tone back, all of it went when I left Karate.
I used to go to the gym quite alot but then stopped for a while, guna start going again soon though.
Way too lazy for that type of stuff. I worked out every day for a few years, and it didnt do much to my physique. I don't really care anymore. The only reason i'd work out is for a girl, but now I dont even care about that.
I'm not in the best shape (5"10 170), but i'd say i'm average.
I used to, all I really do now is run. Doesn't matter that much to me anyways..it's really hard for me to gain weight.

I used to actually be really into fitness, up until about last year. I just got sick of it all for some reason... and quit working out. I worked out for a period of 4~ years on and off. Now I may *rarely* go to my schools gym.
never really thought much of wat others think of me and i dont care how i look... time working out is time away from the computer or sleeping as far as im concerned.
im still not 'unfit' , i do physical work for like 5 hours a day at work, i even ran tonight and didnt lose my breath so i aint worried. oh and i can still do front flips and no handed cartwheels so im all good :)
Lol zekayem. I really don't care what people think of me, i guess it's more a personal thing for me. I want to challenge myself to become as good as i can. Be ready to beat the crap outta anybody. The fact that i turn chicks on is just a plus.
I lift 4-5 times a week, and during the summer i played 8 hours of tennis a day for 2 or 3 days a week. Obviously there were weeks i couldn't play, but i logged at LEAST 150 hours playing...most likely more. I do crunches and stuff all the time.
I really should start. I've been meaning to for awhile... Just haven't had any time to get out the gym.
Hell no. I may lift weights, but that dosen't really help.
I only do physical activity, if there is someone to push me to do it. Like a coach or something. I mean, even tho i'm 250lbs, and 6", im not really out of shape. I can keep up with anyone in my gym class, *if* I tried. =)
I sometimes. Running, sports, play a lot cause of Phy. Ed, and life weights. Sometimes swimming.
We just started our "fitness" unit in gym this past week, and we'll be lifting weights at least twice a week. I'll probably lift some at home a couple times every week as well so I can finally get into shape :D.
Yeah, I lift 3-4 days a week and run most other days.
Got to get in shape for lacrosse.
5 days a week, 2 hours a day weight trainining. 30 minutes of cardio training 7 days a week.

Nah, I don't have time. Uni eats all that up for me.
I walk aimlessly aroundmy neighborhood for about an hour a day, so I guess that counts as working out :/
work out 5 times a week for 45 min a wieghts and a grueling 13 min. ab workout - - training for tennis season
i cant work out, itll just make me skinnier. i need to eat more, then work out.
I should work out, it would really help with those sports i always loose in lol, but im toooooooo lazy
