i think the scan lined cross thing may be a bit dark... i dunno anime chicks and scan lines dont really go together imo..
might just be me but the render looks a bit grainy in places and i theres still a little white on the tip of the hair :P
the text might be a bit too dark i think
overall its okay, i could go for some change though. nice start and to me i'd be too busy for wallpaper no room for my 50 icons :P
It looks good, although I dislike the 'goodness' part of that. Is that even a word?
Also, the scan-line brush effect near the text doesnt look good, i'd remove that (or try changing the color to match better?).
