it doesnt matter how long you took to make it, its about the final outcome.IF a sig looks like total shit, twans sure doesnt, but if it did i dont give a damn if you spent 5 hours on it b/cuz it looks like shit.

That's pretty pathetic, no offense. I understand if it differs, but you're taking a pic and using it. If you create something totally from scratch and make it look good, it deserves more credit. That's what graphic design is all about. No, I'm not talking about renders here.
