Nice job! Its a little choppy around some parts but still looks good. I will code this for you if I have the time and permission. :P

do i need to send you the .psd?
any chance you can code it were it will have the text of what song is playing and what band it is in the orb.
Ahh shit... I just realized that about a month ago I sortof "quit" programming, I still will do it for you but I need to "obtain" the programs neccesary and I dont think I need the psd because i should be able too just cut away the outside white part.

No problem, You may need to be a little bit patient though because in the past few years ive programmed like 2 things lol, i remember shit, but theres so much source code out there itll take maybe an hour when i have the time

I dunno how killer is gonna do it. I might be able to do as a konfabulator widget that is like a remote for winamp. I dunno how to actually make skins for winamp thought, but that's maybe where you wanna start.
