Nice colors on the effect, good job. Nothing really to say about it.
Try making the text smaller. Other than that it's pretty nice.

it looks like a tut i've seen nice work though good as a card maybe change the font though ...little more elegant like that colour line effect
imo that would make a badass business card very clean with bright colors and eyecatching

Uhm..black background, three lensflares(movie prime)
In the upper left corner, in the middle and in the right down corner.
Then polar coordinate(i forgot wich one, it's the one to make a circle) and its ready
forgot the rainbow gradient overlay ;)
