I've been for about 2 years now and it sucks ass. I've been tryin to quit, but couldn't Lol...today I made a new record. About 6 1/2 hours w/o a cig but I couldn't take it lol..

That's one thing I never took up. I'm a drinker :)
Yeah, I drink but not a addicted...
I only drink on sundays which is my day off...pull out my lawn chair and sit outside, smoke a joint and drink some Christian Brothers while watching the bitches exercise around the park which is accross the street from my house...

I'm just a pot smoker here - and I do that all the time. I wouldnt say I'm addicited, I'd say that I enjoy it more than most people. When I get in my 'moods' - I tend to smoke a lot.
Today I was in the mood - and smoked 3 times (getting ready for 4th). I feel like sit and its making me a feel better (I have severe neck pain)

started smoking 5 yrs ago. I take at least 16 non-filtered cigarettes everyday so until now I've been smoking uncountable numbers of cigarettes, thousands I guess (16x365x5).
I plan to stop smoking at 40 so I still have 13 years to smoke ....... :-P

I bought the nictine gum at walgreens yesterday for 37$, 'cause it was already by the counter...
I don't know if the gum is working or if it's my head making me think that the gum is working lol.
Well good luck staying off of them kaos. And Mas_AB if you smoke that much for 13 more years, its not going to have any effect on your status of cancer or anything of that. 16 cigarettes per day for 18 years (including the 5 from which you started) is 105,120 cigarettes total. I wonder what that will do for your lungs?
I am guilty of both smoking cigerettes and drinking. I have been smoking for the most part of my life. <_< probably not good, but its soooo good. It's as addictive as sex, you just can't settle with one time... you gotta keep doing it and doing it.

Being a smoker = helping my country's economy runs smoothly.
Why? because :
- cigarettes manufacturers pay tens of million of dollars annual tax
- more than 100 000 women are employed by them and surely they need people like me to buy they products
But is that worth 100s of thousands of peoples lifes? So that the government gets more money from taxes?
And peoples money taht don't have no one to give it to...
I really dont get why people even try to smoke :( it dosent do any good

Do you really think your helping your countries market? In most cases, the companies that supply the worlds cig crave are american. Whenever America creates a treaty with a country (or provides anything), the country is usually forced to allow open trade - which includes american cigs.
I just saw a documentry tv show on how powerful the tobacco lobby it is - they literally run the entire government.

Lol. I like to have a drink once in blue moon, but i have tried smoking once, was a nasty has hell and never did it again. I do smoke cigars, once in a while when i drink, but i dont inhale them.

I've been smoking for 2 years and just recently quit (a month ago).
It's hardest to go through the first two days and the first time you get drunk after quitting smoking. If you pull that off, you'll be fine :)
At the moment I have absolutely no desire light one up, although I'm surrounded with lots of other people that smoke
I've never smoked, will never do it eighter, I think it's so foolish, you loose a lot of money and when you're like 50 you only feel bad and you've lost like 10.000$ on it, And, if I don't smoke 'til I'm 18, my parets will pay for my car ^^, lol. (here in sweden we have to be 18 to get a drivers licence...)
Ive been smoking cigarettes on an off since i was 10! eww i know its sooo nasty. Ive never smoked more then a pack a day though. And I just recently quit. Its really hard though, the easiest time to quit is when you're pregnant LoL I quit like it was nothing. but now that Im not, its so hard. Everytime Im stressed or bored or whatever I just have horrible cravings. Ive been doing pretty good though been about two weeks. and my cravings are almost gone. The only time i feind for a newport is after i smoke weed LoL. I dunno there is just something about smoking a square after a blunt. gets you higher or something. LoL thats just me though.
i hate chigarettes but i have taste them!after that i understood that this is very idiot..why do i have to smoke,to become cancer patient?i prefer to drink alcohol than smoke a chigarettte....

You live in a country with "clean air", so in your case, I agree with you. But do you know that my country, Indonesia, is one of the country with worst air quality? What I'm saying is it doesnt matter whether or not you're smoker, you breathe the same bad air everyday. So giving people jobs by killing the others is not a case here ;) we'll die from bad air anyway....Quote:

Closing a cigarettes manufacturing company is not & will never be an option.
not my country. here, you can not sell american cigarettes because american cigarettes suck. they taste like burned papers not tobaccos. If you're smoker & have the chance to smoke Marlboro or Lucky Strike which is produced in Indonesia you 'll say that it tastes different & that's because they use local tobaccos not american.Quote:
