Looks very good! Alhough I think the sharpener could use some shading :)

I don't like the sharpener for some reason. . maybe it's evil. Cool idea, i reckon it would look good with just the pencil, the table / set square and the name ^.^

Tis just a bit bulky and overpowers... with its' non simplistic - ness compared to the rest, maybe make it a bit slimmer or something.

fix the lead in the pencil, and you are good to go :p

Pencil lead has a little rough spot in it, other than that I would say that's pretty slick.
