yo Here is my first planet-ish type deal not really but as close as i could get before screwing it up

Don't take this to offence but it doesn't really look good at all... I suggest you only use filters when needed, using them over & over again isnt gonna create anything fantastic...

If you want to create planets I suggest looking at a few tutorials, use some textures & don't use so many filters :)

Sorry, this looks filtered. Blurred. Resized horribly. Bad Quality. Bad colours. Just generally not good, sorry.

First off photo bucket auto resizes images
Second i said "filters OWN!" hint i used filters

props to whoever wrote the tut for the planet. (the 2nd one u posted) but yeah try expanding on the tut u used.

Filters do not own! (except when crofty uses em') And I just want to mention your sig: Red text + Blue background= NO!

The other looks better, but rushed. The colours don't match, texture is not blended. But i like the lighting and colours of the planet.
