DDR

Does anyone here play any DDR: Dance Dance Revolution? I enjoy playing it now and then at arcades only, I can&#39;t play the console ones because I havnt found a good mat yet >_<.

Neone else?

I have DDRMAX for Ps2 with a dancepad, but I never play it cause I suck :(

We have a DDR machine in the arcade at school, its funny cause you see fat guys covered in sweat trying to keep up.

i have stepmania on my computer (it&#39;s basically DDR that runs on the computer, and it&#39;s free, and you can download thousands of songs for it)

and i got a mat a few months ago, havn&#39;t played it a whole lot, but i can keep up with standard songs and a few heavy ones.

I have the Japanese version that you find at all the arcades. DDR extreme

I play Dance Dance Revolution almost every weekend at the local arcade. I&#39;ve been messing around with reverse mode recently. I&#39;ve actually been getting better at it.

I enjoy playing it, but I can&#39;t say I rock.

Yeah, i played VERY seriously about two years ago, made it to heavy mode. Passing like 7+8 footer songs. I stopped until about a month or so ago, and now i&#39;m back to playing at least 10 or 12 songs a day.


Still on heavy mode :-P

I used to play it. Could take pretty much all of the 9 foot songs. I have two dance mats for my ps2 too, but I don&#39;t play anymore. Maybe because dancing on mats sucks. xD
And no, I don&#39;t agree with you BFG, it&#39;s extremely funny when you realize that your getting better. :P You don&#39;t have time for freestyling when your playing the hardest songs. It would just ruin everything. :P

my friend plays it and he is a beast. he has like a metal platform mat, like the ones in the arcade. he does all this crazy shit like doing lvls backwards becuase he has memorized them all.

I was really into DDR when I was 14 and all, and I dropped quite a few pounds from playing it. I still like it, I&#39;ve got all of the games for PS2 and I&#39;ve got 2 metal pads for Christmas. I&#39;m not as into it as I was before, but yeah, it&#39;s all cool.

Ah, I like those people who break dance across the mats, thats great.

I dunno, Im not really into it. I like dancing though ;)

My sis got a mat for DDR but she barely uses it. Plus the game is flat-out boring....
