Ok I need a little help with this. I know its dark and hard to read, I know theres a lot of wasted space. What I really need is some ideas for improvement. If anyone can help me pull it all together that would be great.

i actually really like everythng but the text so apart from that, great job!
other than the text, it looks pretty sharp. not too bad.
I like the font too, but it looks like you trying to make it look like the grime tha builds up on tile after a while.... and that green is just to bright.... but other than that everything is great
dude that whole sig is sickness! except the colors of the text... if ur using a color balance try puttin the text layer under it so it can get the effect too... but other than that i live the dirty tile lookin stuff its great
Ok round two, here we go.
Obvious changes made, I tried to fix the text a little bit and just clean the sig up in general. Let me know how I did.

Good job. The edited text color looks much more pleasing to the eye. The second version also looks...."dirtier" with the changes to the background and all, which looks cool. (looks like wind effect) Again, nice job.
u should have the tex like the 1st one was in the angle i liked it like that
Oh yeah, in the first one it almost looks like the text is against the wall. That does look cool. :) You should consider doing that on the edited version.
It would be cool if you change the perspective of the text to fit the angle of the wall

Yea man great sig .. i tried to do simple grunge but that is awsome!
Only prob = text .. maybe colour needs toning down again to a bit more of a browny green!

lol yeah i know the text still needs some touch-ups. I wanted kind of a slimey look but it didnt turn the way i wanted.

You could also try a different font. Something with a dripping style to it? If you want the whole slime effect, that is. I suggest Caracura from dafont.com for the slime/grunge effect.

Yea, try to find the most detailed blood font you can find - I think that would improve the quality of it a lot! Currently, it looks pretty good! 8/10
Try to get things 'flowing' a bit more.
