yeah, i would. it's a pretty big (and useful) upgrade if you use photoshop alot. and you can upgrade for the same price wether you have PS7 or PS/CS.

i played around with my friends PS 7.0 on his system for a week and went out and bought CS2 Premium suite with illustrator and a few other programs for $389, full version, not an upgrade. i got it from www.academicsuperstore.com great site of you're a student or have a child, friend or relative thats a student/teacher. you can get the basic PS CS2 for about $289.
Im getting my CS2 legally :)
BTW!!! What's the difference between the full program of CS2 and the upgrade version?
