Its a heavy work in progress, but this'll be the basic style that ill continue with the rest of it. gunna put all my art and maps on here when its finished. any comments, critique or ideas?

Would like it 5x more if the whole color scheme was like the header. Dont like that brown.

yeah, i liked it alot more. need more cnc/ideas.
Id like it alot more if everything wasnt style/trend whored, i mean the dot things look nice, but the whole layout is in the typical style, as if there are rules where things can be placed; mix it up, be original :)
But otherwise, the colors are rocking and it looks like a clean design :)
Smaller, make everything smaller. It'll look alot better. You can work with 10pt font and it'll still be easily legible, so try not to stray too far from that size.
yeah the grey looks way better then the brown.
everything does seem too big But I do like the header and the buttons

oh you know how i love trendwhoring.
im going to start from scratch however and make it smaller, more interesting.
Can't wait to see the update, liken it so far =)

Fresh approach. Going to add shadows/highlights later. this is just a rough shape/colour scheem. CnC PLEASE.
Thats.. REALLY small content box ;) you might wana think bout expanding it, cause fit a rectangle in there and it wont be big :)
actually its not as bad as it looks. at 15 point font i can put in about 10 lines of text. For my images im going to have them in pop-up windows.
looks pretty much like the army colours it's orignal can't wait for the result!!!:)

but i like it, wtf is up with those non - curved edges, are you using the pen tool? Or just saving as a realllly low quality file. i like it so far.. but it needs quite alot of what you have there as far as content boxes go, otherwise it'll look weird, as it stands out alot from the bg :)
the curved edges thing for the first two images is kind of a little "joke" i have with my self. In mapping, one of the ways to create curved walls is to clip them, basicly cutting off sections of the brush (block). I did the same thing with the first one. the second one is just a total tech/vector.
and next time ill just update the main post as you said :P
hehe i'm stealing the first green colour and the white, plus what font is that because i have an idea for the first style, curve all the edges.. maybe make then straight and then have the background all white.. :D try that
