The guy needs to stand out more. Th rest looks fine
i dont feel it... it doesnt flow with the theme of the game u know... looks sortof like the guy is underwater.... also the text... dont feel it man... use gta fonts. i like the background and stuff but it just doesnt flow with the theme, the background would be better with something else... something with a cooler theme unlike GTA.... GTA has a lot of action. also the render is pixelated.
Eh the part with the GTA text needs to be changed and the color scheme I think should be more yellow-grey, you know...kind of ghettoish.
It's too monotone. Work on lighting and blend the render in.

Not feelin' it, the text has definiely improved, but theres no real varience in color, its monotone....
