Mercury

first try at an abstract in C4D and i think it turned out pretty good :D. couldnt do better quality because of my computer. took me 43 mins to render this lol. yea the minor changes in PS. thoughts?

take out the lines, and make it a little dark/give it more depth other then that good job

Why not try to model actual mercury ? ;)

This type of work definately makes nice backgrounds and wallpapers. I'd use it, but it lacks alot of depth. It has the potential but it's monotone, and not in a good sense. The tech lines also don't fit in perfectly with the image in all places, and they're a little too bold. NIce work though, bryce is funky :) Finding views can be annoying though *Grr*

Good render, nice material, looks a bit like a bryce render.

Oww i misread. I could swear this was bryce, a little better then as it's very easy to create an image such as this in bryce :) Bonus points!

but yea this is really nice...i actually thought this was a bryce render when i first saw it...great job on it...i actually like the tech lines i think they fit well...the only problem i have is it lacks a lil depth...aside from that its great
