this is my first tutorial I hope you like it.
befor I go any ferther I'd like to say that I got the idea for this from vewing a couple other tutorials and would like to give them some credit. their names are:

now make the background black then use the eliptical marquee tool, while holding down shift to make a circle. On a new layer fill your selection with clowds (Filter->Render->Clouds) (don’t deselct the circle untill I tell you).
the go to Filter->Render->diference Clouds untill you get something like you see above.
Once you have it go to Filter->Sharpen->Unsharp Mask
Amount: 500%
Radius: 3.0
Threshold: 15
then you ctrl+click the clowds to select the circle. Hit ctrl+sift+invert. Now go to Filter->Distort->Ocean Ripple. Ripple Size: 1. Ripple Magintude: 2
ctrl+D to deselct. Now go to Image->Adjustments->Color Balance and set it to:
Shadows: +100 | 0 | -100
Midtones: +100 | 0 | -100
Highlights: +70 | 0 | -15
Wow that's super ace, i really like it , it's look better on a beam. Great job

I am the original author of this tutorial (www.tutorialwiz.com) - It is nice of the guy who wrote this tutorial to give me "credit" for this effect, but what is the point of that credit? I did NOT give permission to use this idea or reproduce this tutorial. This is the 2nd time this site has ripped my tutorial. If you are going to reference or give credit, please give credit to my website www.tutorialwiz.com, or remove this tutorial.
If I dont see the changes, I will report to photoshop portals to ban your site for ripping. I personally know some of them and they WILL ban you

Its the same idea, he based mostly on my tutorial to create this one. Im not saying its a complete rip where he copied word by word, but the copied my idea , he referenced me, but that is not enough, who cares who "Nathan Ng" is? I dont, if you want to reference, reference to my site.

Alot of things are the same idea. You can't claim it as your own unless it is the same. I doubt anyone will listen to you , as Taco has deleted many tutorials for fear of ripping, and i highly doubt that he would do that himself.

I'm very sory if I ofended you with this tutorial, but only one or two elements of it came from things I saw from you. after all everything any one makes comesfrom some sort of insperation.
