I ran a 20:06 today, my friend ran a 17:32 though. A senior at my school has a brother who ran a 16:28!
It was my best time by a whole minute, but it's probably because it was nice and cold outside, with some pretty heavy rain-which felt great!

I've never actually tried. :P I should some day, but I'm not much of a marathon runner, all I'm expected to do is last 90 mins of footie :P
5k? Not for me :P I sprint.. and do other athletics (jumps mainly).
oh man, i gotta tell you guys about this thing. It's called a car...and it basically...makes running 5 kilometers pointless. sweet, right?
I just ran my first 5K the other day. My time was 23:37.
We had like a 3k one and i done it in 7:30.... but i dunno about 5k
screw running, lets go swimming.
sub-30 second 50m times anyone? :D
uh running, i hate it, i would need new lungs wihout all that nicotine filled in to run

i get like 26-27 for 200m, and bout.. i dunno, i jumped half injured, three jumps in comp. with 4.60 for long, so probably 5m (I know i can probably get that). And triple im shit, like 10m something :P.
i can run 800 in 1:49, so work it out yourself.

I also wrestled in highschool. By far the most difficult sport, both to train for and compete in. I challenge anyone that thinks they're in shape to try wrestling for one season. You haven't really trained for a sport until you've forced yourself to puke, ran 3 miles with a trashbag over your sweatsuit in 90 degree weather, and eaten nothing but salads for a week just to make weight.
I just don't understand the point of running. It makes absolutely no sense to me. Why would you run? there's nothing to run from... I could see if you were in ancient greece where you might actually have to run down an animal for dinner. but in modern society is just seems pointless, and noat all fun.

Running just feels good, you come back exhausted. and last night i slept really well. Thunder storms today though, it's actually dark! :P
i think its much better to get wasted like this in gym, than by stupid runnin >< =P
Gym is a different kind of exhausted though. Both make you feel good :D

The best part about football is, you have to run. But you run with a purpose. Not just to run....
Water polo is the best. Makes you so tired, since you have the water resistance. =P
And my best time is about 2 mins.....with my car...haha. I don't have to run if i got a car.
I love football (soccer) tsk :D Playing pickup games in my neighbourhood were so fun, we go for like 4 hours ommg. No pressure like the leagues.
I thnk running is alright, but I wouldn't run for transportation or anything muhaaa.
