Maybe post what the sig looks like?
Just try a simple text like Tohmaho *spelt something like that* and change the first letters colour and the rest of the letters like in my sig :) It works with most sigs. For quote text. I use either Visitor TT2 BRK or Verdana. My sig has Verdana.
I don't see the first one. I recomend doing what I said for a main text because that would suit it very well :)

i would say its perfect but when i come back someone would have raped your sig with words.lol
