Chris Squire wrote it, and the song sounds like a fish.

Good use of the repetition of lines and swirls to emphasize the fish.

looks like something a noob would do 2 days in to graphics.... honestly

it wasn't made to look professional looking, just a goofy sort of weird image that's supposed to make you kinda grin, point & say "fish". nothing more.. just trying to bring up some basic emotion here.

Again i would like you to show some proof a "noob" what ever that means. beginning graphic artist? would be able to produce that color scheme with vectoring like that. Just an easy excuse to put someone down, bring forward some critq. instead of just saying it looks like crap a "noob" would do. I've been working with photoshop for about 2 years now.

eh, calling that a 'noob' design shows that you have no understanding of graphic design in general.

this accomplishes its purpose just fine, it's awesome. technical aspects aren't amazing as you said, but its more than made up for by everything else explained above.
