2 days same here. :) I used to do like... 24 hours of being awake quite often, now i go out more and get tired easier though :p Heh...
I can't remember.. But this summer I was up for maybe two nights or something? It's fucking stupid though, ruins your whole rhythm. :P
I'm up right now with the assistance of drugs. Last night I was so fucked up I decided to stay up all night and get work done. It was fun though. Then once I was coming down real tired I took 40mg adderall and now i'm getting so much work done lol!
48 hours same here... after that i slept 21 hours ^_^ LOL
Yeah man, i love being so tired even lying down feels like effort. It's such a good feeling! And you just know you're not getting out of bed for the next day and a half XD
definitely not more than 48 hrs, i dunno that was the most.
After 3 days of being awake, you're actually classed as mentally ill or something :p
yeah and ive done that before, caffeine mints and those pills you can get and lots of coffee .. i was almost dead i played ff7 though it went a few horusinto the 4th day like i cant remember
Almost 3 full days. I was out of work and really stressed because I didn't think I'd find another job. Plus, I was stir crazy. No pills, no caffeine, just pure mental exhaustion with no physical relief.
Not long.. like just over 24. I had like 8 hours of sleep over one week though. Worst thing though, i got two hours sleep after the 24, and had a litre and a half of red bull like stuff. My mind was buzzing and my body was dead, it sucked.
I think like 60 hours or so... 2½ days. My "rhythm" was so fucked up all summer ^^.
longest i've stayed up without stuff to keep me awake except like i drank pepsi, was 2 and a bit days and yeah dragoneye that's what happened to me, i was nocturnal in the summer for some of it.. xD
3 days 2 nights: Camping trip to alton towers with a friend. We challenged each other to not fall asleep each night. I had never had that much lucozade/coke before :3 We actually ate a bag of sugar on the second night xD
bahh sugars shit, after the hyper stage you go on a downer..
3 days - i had mild insomnia
3 days.. but i had 1-2 hour... breaks every so often XDD

Urmm got up at about 11am, did an all nighter on the park with mates, i was to fucked to care, and went home at like 9am, thens tayed up all day untill 2am the next morning so thats urmmmm
about 39 hours???

I can't wait for the next holiday. I'll try and go 3 days :p or 50 hours atleast :D

As lame as it is, I've probably only stayed up around 24-25 hours. Though, if it counts for anything (because if I get very little sleep, I'm cool) I typically get about 3-4 hours of sleep a night.
two days, before a school trip. the flight was fucking awesome :D
A bit more than 3 full days has been my max so far... maybe 75 to 80 hours. Not really by choice, though. Each night I would go to bed, then get back up and start working after not being able to get to sleep for 3+ hours of just laying in bed.
I suppose that was all because I had so much racing through my mind and so many things to do that I couldn't settle down and fall asleep.
If there were 28 hours or so in a day it would probably be perfect for me.
Speaking of sleep, has anyone ever heard of polyphastic sleep? It's a method of sleep where you take several short naps throughout the day, totaling only a few hours of sleep per day. There's a guy who wrote on his blog about having slept that way for approximately 4 months... he was sleeping for 20 minutes or so every 4 hours, for about 2 hours total each day. He stopped doing that mainly because of the inconvenience of it. http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/200...yphasic-sleep/ I've considered doing that... would be nice to have so much extra time to do stuff instead of needing the extra sleep time.
Surely that would affect your body though? Your body does so much when you sleep, if you dont get to go into a deep sleep surely it would affect you.
Probably. It'd be hard to maintain it anyway, the body is more used to sleeping through a major block of time rather than just short intervals. Would that mean missing a nap would make you real sleepy? :)
well things take time to get used to, but my dad used to do that.. and i've done it before because i had so much to do i'd stay up and sleep for abit and do it throughout the day
Looking at that guy's blog I've researched it a bit. I think I'm gonna give it a go in a few weeks actually. Maybe begin over thanksgiving so that I don't have an overly demanding schedule to interfere with it. I can't wait to try it out.

my and my buddy had a competition once to see who could stay up the longest, i think we did about 60 hours....it was retarted im never doing that again haha sooooo much coffee and punching yourself to stay away haha we ended up just like passing out cuz we couldnt keep awake any longer...looool
No more then 24 hours. I find it retarded to do it for no reason. I stayed up like 24-35 hours or so waiting for my xbox 360...;)
XD css keeps me awake.. like i could go unbelievable amount of time playing it and being like on the brink of collapsing form no sleep and just being so lively! =D
The longest I ever stayed up was four days. I was super depressed and couldn't sleep, eat, or any of that stuff. Yeah, that sucked. Four days, three nights. Not fun. Don't do it.
About 30 hours. Nothing special.
I start seeing things around 30ish hours, minor "accidental" glimses of things. The longer I stay up the more things I mistake. I slept really messed up yesterday...
Went to be at 1pm. Woke up at 7pm. Went to bed at 2:30pm woke up at 9am - ended up getting enough sleep - but now its only 12:24am and i'm really tired as hell.
Talk about wasting your biological clock ommg. Longest I stayed up was 34 hours. It was at school... after lectures, spent the evening and whole night cramming an assignment with other students, then went to lectures and went home and slept.
