i keep reading about him being the best and all ive seen r the 1's in his sig, which arent bad but could improve, so wouldnt u think if he was the best he would post them and show them to show if hes the best

He's been a member for like 3 days..... And so far he has proved the stereotpype of what rap/hip-hop fans are :/

lol ya i was lookin he has 2 sigs posted and they suck, 1 is a lil flip 1 which sux and 1 is a shity animation

alright, obviously this topic has gotten off course, ill go ahead and put up some rules, and we will see who is the best of THIS contest.

1. no animation
2. no larger than 350px by 150px
3. any style
4. no currents (each entry will have to be made for this battle specifically, and will need to reflect that, ie; title it or something)
5. due date will be Friday, Jan 12th 5:00am CST
6. Only 5 contestants will be able to enter (1st 5 to post entry)

I'm not sure how the judging process goes, as I'm pretty new here too, but we can discuss that between now and Friday. Good luck to all of you who enter.

350x 150? thats pretty small.. how about 400 x 150.

That part specifically is kinda odd for a requirement, especially since this battle doesn't really have a title. will the title that follows be alright?

they arent sugguestive rules to set guidelines for more rules. they are the rules for this particular comtest. I want to see what you can do with the size of canvas 350 x 150. If you dont like that canvas size, then by all means , don't enter, or make one within the guidelines. And yes jsoosiah, that title is perfect :D

Hah thinkin the exact same thing.

It may surprise you, but I'm not a "yun'un", in fact, im most likely old enough to be your father. Sorry if I come across as an ass, or if it seems like I am trying to run the show, I am used to being an administrator on some other forums, and old habits are hard to break. I will try to keep in mind that I am the new guy on these forums, and to relax a little. The topic name for this thread intrigued me, I would really like to see some of the better artists on this forum participate on this one, so whatever rules are necessary, we can adapt to accomodate, but I don't see the sig size as being an imperative issue. The size I sugguested keeps the sigs from being too large and gawdy, and the titling just lets everyone know that the sig was made specifically for this battle.

I personally entered because I think this thread is a joke, and just wanted to make a sig to show that. The thread maker has numerous other battle threads calling people out to battle him, and he's coming off quite arrogant thinking his sigs are so great, when really they're just average, if that.

And I'm pretty sure "yun'uns" is referring to new members that recently joined, and not ones age.

fair enough, all bets off then, I'm withdrawing my entry and I'll make a thread for a serious battle.

This is a serious battle, I think. Just not serious to me. You can still keep your sig entered for this battle, It's up to you.
