i like it overall, the cluds just fit into this 'dreamy' scene, if we see only the clouds then yes, they are weird, but those shiny little things makes it dreamy. i love it mate! gj. in what program you made it?

I wouldn't say it's that hard to use a preset grass brush, a liquify tool for the clouds and scattered brushes for the dust/white stuff.... Oh and a gradient for the sky.

The only thing I would really consider working on is the font. It really takes away from everything. If you maybe put a rather larger solid color border on this then put some simple font in that area it would be more visually pleasing.

As for those sparkle things, they have a certain area which they follow and there are some just randomly floating. If they were slightly smaller it would look more realistic.

The hills are VERY impressive, anyone that talks about the grass brush should shut their mouths. The sky could be improved to look more realistic, but overall i find this a very nice landscape peice.

im not sure if its a brush tbh. it seems a bit too random and neat at the same time.
anyway, its not the actual grass that im impressed with, its the lighting on the grass.. its like, wow
