Worked on it for a bit now. 2 different versions. Pretty much no idea what to do, or if I even like. I just want to see what it looks like on here.
Thoughts on where to go next with it? I was thinking the recycle bin maybe.:D

The top one looks better but Idk what you should do with it. I just dont know.
Those type of sigs look better animated I think. Anyways it's very good and I agree with Etitan
interesting idea. try expanding it a bit. have some bits come off it, with other bits attatched to it and stuff.
could even make it like a scaffhold for the text
also, the drop shadow looks wrong. make it more solid
i don't know why, but it reminds me of the that klingon weapon in star track...and for that reason i think you should put some sort of sword with the blade outlining your name...might look cool or i may be waaay off :-) anyway it's pretty cool, and V1 is better
Yeah, well never mind the animation. That ain't happening. Thanks though. Now that I've looked at it I like the first version a lot better, but I'll add to it in time as you said Mannos. The whole klingon thing is cool. It's called a Bat'leth I believe. I'll see what I can come up with.
I think that you should have a bar of an electric blue or something beneath the text to connect the two sides in v1. Make the wire things glow that same electric color as well. That's all I got though.
My idea about that: Make it more dynamic, try and add realism, add an electric stream (blue glow or something) going from one side to the other (all this on the first one). Maybe add something like a beam - *shrugs*

Ok, so I had someone tell me the text in the first one looks off, as in not centered. Does it look centered to you guys or not?
i think it is. loks like it to me. just an idea, it mite be cool to have som like metal in teh backround, like rusty metal stiars. thats just my opinion, im pretty new so i really dont have that much of an idea on what id be doin. but looks cool.:D
If u use firefox than you will see that the BG is actualy transparent so it would fit to anything
I'm looking at it in both and it looks the same. Surprisingly enough.
I hardly ever use IE now anyway. But yeah, it does look a bit off center right now to me.
Yeah I agree with mannos, especially about that drop shadow. Make the gradients more subtle. And make that rope/wire/whatever sharper.
