Thats alright, but the render covers too much, and the bg isn't visible at all.The text is too dark... it isn't fitting well.

I Changed It A Little
Now it's pretty neat but the text is a bit blurry and heavy.
I think that's the best one. Text is still kinda bold but it's alright.

The render doesn't fit at all. It's too bright, no detail. The background is way too sharp, and dark. Looks grainy. The black shadow around the render can go too. Text is too big, and out of place color and font wise. Not diggin' this one man, sorry.

A little bit better, glad to see you're experimenting.
Text is still off, it clashes with the background, which also needs to be changed. For that render, try a black background with an abstract render, maybe tentacles or something coming out from behind him. The smudge looks nice too, just make it a little sharper, and not so bright.
