A BUNCH of snapshots from yesterday!

I was out walking with Zerection yesterday and I brought my camera. I took loads of snapshots and included a lot of sky as it was like the day of Zeus or something.

wow rabies, every time I see your photos I am impressed. My favorite is the son and his father playing soccer, love the look of the grass and sky.

Your sure getting better with your editing mate :P the few i dont like though are 2, 5, and 6. Just don't seem to have the quality of the others.

Rest are ace, skies turned out amazing. But 3 is by far my favorite. 9 comes in a close second though. Try playing with your iso settings to get rid of noise before taking the picture itself.

These really are cool. It seems very gloomy outside and the photos really captures that i think. I like these, pictures like this look nice.

Thanks. :) Yeah that is the advantage of shooting in RAW. In Photomatix I can tone down the sky for a correct exposure without über blown sky.

Three is reallly cool. Great job man.

Awesome, number 5 looks wicked! It looks really funky with the road curving, almost warped. Haha.

What are you using to get the sky like that?

The climate (l0l), RAW, Photomatix and finally some tweaking in Photoshop of course. Maybe I could write a tutorial on how to get skies like that with only one shot.

You have to be able to shoot in RAW though. Not all cameras can do that.

Damn i like them what type of camera you use?

It's just a very basic SLR camera, Canon EOS 350D. One of the most common budget SLR cameras on the market. But it's pretty good and I can recommend it if you're thinking of buying your first "real" camera.
