This looks really good, hehe fade always get nice results from my tuts :) las time i saw you was that you made from the pokemon tut wich raped the tutorial outcome:p thx for trying
I think you chosed the wrong render, its way to tall, and also i think you overdid the spatter part a bit to much. Thx for trying it
Thx :)
Okay i am looking forward to see your outcome
Daemon I like your sig better without the cinema borders :P.
Nice work on the tutorial :).
BTW did you release this before the voting started?
Just curious :P.
I tried a different border, seems ok, but could be better.
I followed the tut mostly, but some parts I did a little something different
its ok considering I haven't done sigs since summer :D

Of course your outcome was much better, what else can I do to make this sig better?

i don't know what to do in that blank area on the left D:
I dont like that sorry, i dont think this work on large things the way u used it. Its to caothic no focal and colors dont match.
Thx
Try to do a image apply image and then move the canvas to the side and apply a filter just experiment till you get a cool result.
The rest looks cool gj
Well, here's my outcome
http://img231.imageshack.us/img231/1...lmaycryvs5.png
didn't follow the whole since it didn't fit with mine :P
Nice TuT...only thing i ddint get was how to make his chest bulk out a bit liek yours...that only thign i didnt follow (and stock..i used a paint brush instead =D)
http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/8...tsigvz9.th.jpg
my outcome, I skipped some steps due my lack of material to work with tho.
http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/1...amfirmarh7.jpg
and bumping the tut as well =P and I wish you could make a font tutorial sometime :)

http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p...s_Giftcopy.jpg
Yup...the one i sntered for SOTW a while back :p
Hey, there is one thing i can't seem to get past on here, how do you smuge the bg w/out getting the render smudged too?
love this tut completly helped me out big time :D
Really nice. Mine didn't turn out as nice as your but still a really nice tutorial. I enjoyed it. I'll post it later.
Here it is.

Here is my outcome.

Well first of all the canvas size is huuge, hmm the blending is not that bad, but there is way to much empty space:p try some more clipping masks perhaps try a disort filter.
Thats not all bad, there is much empty space though, try not to place the focal so much the the right
Nice tut. I followed most of it and somehow got this.

Probably because of my stock.
Thanks for the tips.
Thanks for the tutorial Daemon. Here's my outcome:

My result isn't as good as yours, but I think that's because I didn't use the same type of images you did... mine is more of a middle-eastern setting (it was based off of Metal Gear Solid 4). :)

Hope you liek my result!
Wow i really like this tut very easy to understand and follow
My Outcome : http://pic70.picturetrail.com/VOL186.../322930613.jpg
I had a bit of trouble with the Splatter Brushes

Better?Quote:
one of the best results i've seen from this tut. text could do with some work though.
I'll give this one a try =) always did like your tuts
And Mac Hawk I think they ment to blend the words a bit more >_> So it's not so much of a focal point?
Sweet Tut Deamon
heres my effort (im prty new to photoshop so.. well.. yeah.. u can decide.. lol)
http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n...siggy4copy.jpg
fantastiv tut. tyvm!
Pkay t-makk since you are new i will give you a advice, your bg isnt bad, but the placement of the render is very very bad :) never place the render all the way to the sides take him more towards the middle, also dont make text so big and complicated becames a second focal point
okies, thx
ill try again with a different render.
advice is really wht im after!
EDIT:
this 1 i place ma render as close the the center as humanly possible xD and i made the text smaller... and a completely different render/bg obviously..
personally.. i think it could have been a tighter crop...
http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n...siggy5copy.jpg
text small again..
http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n.../LGsiggy51.jpg
also, for my BGs im just using the render itself, sizing and moving it about till i find somewhere that it covers most of the stage and includes interesting/workable colours.
wht do you think about this and is there a better way of getting a nice background? (like the one in the tut)
i think it needs more work
and perhaps its not done
but this is what i got so far

Nice tut, will try it out later :)
here is my outcome http://i36.tinypic.com/123qogx.jpg
