hm, it's like a smooth digital/tech/futuristic abstractgrunge? i like it. but i like the 2nd version a little more, maybe make the text more defined, because it's practically invisible

This sig is okay but it seem really really cluttered with c4d's IMO. Theres no negative space. I see tons of wireframes and tons of c4d's, i would like to see a bit of smudging in there or something.

I feel as if spider man should be blended a bit more on top too. It's looking great on bottom, but no blending on his back or anything?

Good job though keep at it, I like the purple white combo, looks tastey for some odd reason ;)
FInally, the lighting on the c4d is off. According to the c4d the lighting is coming from the left, and according the render lighting is coming from behind spiderman. So you might wanna fix that.

smudging was what I wanted to avoid here :)
