Nice layout there, i am adoring the Flash Hover effect :cool:
I wish i could learn flash *cough* anyway.
ONe problem. The Features work, could you make a smaller preview and mabe a border anound it. Because it is a navigation Menu it conflicts with the sites Navigation menu apart from that .. great work

Looks sweet, However i found the second header - The featured work Kind of confusing, it's like a second set of nav bars, header, and such.
I just wet myself. I explored the layout for about 10 minutes; great work!
