Two sigs one render.

Alright. Me and Papa just teamed up on an idea for a spidy sig. =D 2 good outcomes if i do say so myself. i'll post mine and papa will post his.

I like how you do your sigs papa, like the curves and such, but text is a little hard to read, change color maybe and would be awesome

Also Papa, you gotta tell me, how the hell you you do the curves on the edges, Im sure its simple, but god... I am having a hard time figuring that out.

Hahaha. Dude i don't know either.....well first off you make a New canvas i know that. because that file there is a PNG ;). and then im not sure what he doesn. maybe hes got a eraser, and puts it in a shape. who knows. =D i don't. bed for me. peace ! almost 5 am here now. chow.

I tried to take the lasso tool and put a feather of 15px on it to get that curve, but then when I tried to inverse the selection and delete it, it would delete the whole sig and leave the middle untouched and feather out, so whatever; Papa has his ways, and I wish to learn how he does it.

Yea, so what :P I was just trying to figure out some stuff.

Well I don't know all of the exact settings. However i do the following:

1. Creat a new folder.
2. Move every single layer into there, including your background layer to move you BG layer into a folder you have to duplicate it and then move it in.
3. Delete your original BG layer if you had to duplicate it. (Mainly because you want EVERY layer in the folder, it won't work if it isn't.
4. Go to the Rounded edges rectangle tool, and set the edges to 15px.
5. Set the triangle so the sides and just touching the sides you your actual sig.
6. CTRL-CLICK the Rounded edges triangle.
7. Create a quick mask for your folder with everything in it. (quick mask is the button with the circle inside the square in the layers pallete)
8. So go Select>inverse
9. Edit>Fill>Fill black.

And then make sure you save it as tranceparent. Jpeg doesn't support transperancy so use PNG 24.

Love both of these, i prefer the softer lighting of papas. But Gamaks is awesome too. His best work imo :)
