I got my cell phone when I was thirteen. Only because I was never home. I barely use it though, but I carry it with me everywhere.

Yea I got a phone on my 13th bday too... but if I go over my minutes I gotta pay the bill lol. I only use it when I go wit friendz n shit. 13 is becoming the age when our generation and younger gets phones lol. Its not only spoiled kids wit phonez nowadays :P
