This is my newest photomanip :) here's the description straight from deviant art...

a 2 hour photomanipulation i did this morning.

i googled stuff like "rotting carcass" and "gaping wound" for the things on the body...

Ewww the cut on the belly is dusgstuing, really good job on the dirt and everything. Nice one.. 2 hours, that'd pretty good.

ewww i dont like it :p she looks retarded, the way you screwed up her mouth and stuff. doesnt look like that great of a manip to me, sorry :\ you got certain parts to look good but its like you didnt do a whole lot. it was pretty good tho i guess. ..

idk, im counting the place on her arm and the place on her stomach and the retarded mouth :\ maybe some on her chest or something? maybe some maggots on her?

i was thinking about having her chest cavity ripped open so that you can see the ribs and lungs, but i couldnt find a picture... and i'm not sure maggots would work. the things that are put on the picture arent all a photomanipulation is, it is the background work and the foreground balancing too.

very well done. not my taste at all, but the effects you did with the wounds were very effective and realistic looking. the mouth effect, while weird was also realistic. reminds me of Twilight Zone the Movie and the Matrix.
