i think u should stop worying about making really original sigs and trying to make it original and good
its not bad for some advertising style somewhere but i think you can do much better your old stuff (for me ...then art is taste) i liked alot more...
but hey im still a noob at gfx just my opinion

ya but sometimes doing the popular thing is better depending on the career path you take in life of course
and i wouldnt consider your old stuff trend whory it was unique in its own way you always added something differrent from what was out there
it's by exploring that you find new ways, text is a big part of graphic design, working with it is a good idea. I know it's not really popular in digital art but it is in print design. Some of the greatest graphic designers were known cause of their work on text. Whithout being spectacular, i apreciate what you're trying to do with text lately. Keep exploring it's what brough you where you are right now. gj

Im a great fan of typography, as some of you know, and I think metal has done very well here.
spacing + formatting of text goes 1000000000000000000x further than any effects you can put on it ;)
