I'd say you could improve the background by sharpening it and adding some contrast, and you could improve the 'exploited' text by making it actually straight with the motion blur, rather than it being off-centre. It's all good apart from that! Good job.

ah. im gettin fed up with the render but on the sig i think it looks gud but doesn't look as if much was done to it tbh.
